I just want to stop my workshop floor dusting, concrete down 12 weeks now - might paint over it later. Will this do thre job?

Can it be used to level a cement floor with 1cm gaps (after tiles removal)?

I didn’t fill any gaps as wide as that but I think the sealer should manage it. I poured the sealer from a jug and used a bricklayers trowel to level it with the surrounding area. In some areas, where the sealer had sunk under the concrete, I had to go back and top up with a second layer.

Can you paint on top of this sealer?

I don’t think it’s advisable but looks good without it.
