What does the Chillswell water cooler look like?

It has a white base with a clear water basin on top - it is oval shaped.

How do i change the water filter ive lost the instructions please

Just pull out used one. It might be tight but pulls out. Before replacing make sure new one has been soaked in cold water so that the water runs clear through it. Push in New one.

Hey I have a coppers of Stratford water cooler which looks exactly the same and the filters look the same too. Will these fit my cooler please?

Not sure this will really help but I've always just ordered the same looking type not sure if same as first order they do fit but somehow seem need straightened now and then ( but then I'm fussy about levels etc if that's how their meant to be looking level once fitted ) on the plus side of it is less required steeping in jug to get rid of excess black charcoal dust so I'm not sure what's changed in these two areas but yes in short they fit albeit not so tight or level steady fit but not really a problem to press level with end of a clean utensil on one side or other

Does your filters remove fluoride

I think these are carbon based filters because you should soak them in water before using… Carbon filters can remove up to 60% of fluoride. The water will also taste better as well.
