This book is brilliant! It has all detailed instructions, descriptions of all the cards and all beautifully illustrated. I searched for some time before i found this little beauty! What a find and a great price too! Arrived in no time at all. Very impressed 👏 So impressed i purchased the cards to match.

I gave my granddaughter the tarot cards and book for a gift and she loved them. Great for beginners to learn, not off putting by being too complicated

A good enough book but still maybe a little bit advanced for a beginner like myself

This is a wonderful book to accompany my cards. Used the Rider-Waite deck some 30 yrs ago and decided they were not for me, but after visiting a friend who uses the new Radiant book & deck. I rushed to buy some. They are beautifully renewed and the book is amazing, as a result these are the only cards and book I use 😀

I love everything about these cards, the size, the quality of paper its printed. Its easy to shuffe and handle easily. I've travelled with them and they are built to last. I would definitely buy them again!!

This is my first deck, I can’t speak to the quality of the card stock from a place of knowledge or prior experience but I can say I love the feel of it. The cards are firm & I was hoping for that over flexibility bc I believe the firm card stock is conducive to longevity. The cards have a nice smooth feel & they’re vibrant. The vibrancy of this deck is more of my esthetic than the original Rider Waite deck, but it’s not over done, it’s not outlandishly vibrant or distractingly vibrant. I wanted a more modern deck. A deck that was based upon the Rider Waite deck but with different (more modern) art. While doing research, everything & everyone said not to go that route. I heard many times that first time buyers (who want to learn how to read tarot) should get the original Rider Waite Deck as their 1st deck. This deck (Radiant) was the most appealing one to me & in person they look better than in the pictures. I love the back of the cards as well, it’s a navy blue color with tiny yellow stars, the boarders of the design on the back of the cards are outlined in white. My book & the box my cards came in were both bent on one corner. That didn’t change my review bc I’m 95% sure this is the fault of my mail person placing it sloppily in my mailbox. Luckily the cards were totally unaffected despite the outer box being bent. I’m going to keep it as is, it doesn’t impact my ability to use the deck or read the book. It doesn’t bother me, but it’s worth mentioning it on the off chance it’s not my mail person’s fault. I like the (paper) mat it came with as well. The book is way more thorough than I expected. It’s larger than I expected & thicker than I anticipated. I’m surprised the price is as low. I found this same set (online) being sold at popular bookstores for nearly twice the price. The book’s content is well organized & very easy to read & understand. This is the only book I’ve ever purchased regarding tarot & I can easily comprehend the information presented within it. if you’re looking for a first time deck, I can’t recommend this enough. I looked in many places & for a long length of time for the perfect Rider Waite deck. I found this one incidentally bc someone said, in their review of another deck, that the only better deck (than the one they were reviewing) was the “radiant” deck. I’m glad she mentioned this one. I couldn’t have found a better one than this & I’m happy with my purchase.

I love love the deck and book. The cards are sturdy and easy to handle. The book has quick and easy descriptions and also gives examples of layouts. Great for beginners
