Love it! Use it for hats and a few jackets. Great shoe storage. We don't use the bench much for sitting. Mostly to put our junk on when we walk in the door lol. Can sit on it. Easy to put together.

It arrived on time and came with all the parts to assemble this coat rack as well as clear printed instructions. It took me less than a couple of hours to build. I did skip the last step though because it seemed somewhat sturdy on its own. In fact if anyone (or even the company) wants to express why I should screw it into the wall, you can totally let me know. Aside from that the price was reasonable, I got what I paid for. The color does match with whatever it has available. It is somewhat taller than me (for reference I'm like 5'5) but I think it is manageable. It's definitely not too tall if anyone is worried about it scratching the ceiling. The hooks work as in intended and can hold a jacket or purse, maybe even a backpack. The additional upper bar can also hold hanging clothes.

Item arrived promptly and was packaged well. There was minimal Styrofoam which I appreciated, but pieces were well-protected via packing and cardboard. The directions were clear, and all pieces were there. They even provided extra screws which I appreciated. I put it together by myself in under 2 hrs without any mishaps/frustration while watching tv). I was impressed with this piece. It is for the garage and seems very sturdy.

Took forever to get this. Ordered months ago but it kept getting back ordered. I had the option to cancel it but I really wanted it and decided it was worth the wait. It finally arrived and the box was a little dinged up and had multiple old labels on it covered up, which made me wonder if it was returned at all. So I had to be sure I had all the pieces and tools in the box. The instruction booklet had cuts on it too, which was another indication that it may have been opened and returned. But everything was in there, thankfully. However, some parts were a little bent and damaged but it wasn’t so bad that it altered its primary function. After assembling everything, it still works as intended so no harm there. I’d say it was worth the wait. If it wasn’t for the condition of the box or some of the pieces, it would be a solid 5. But again, it still does what it’s meant for. So I’m happy. Edit update 12/19/25 So I’ve noticed that the shelves for foot wear do not fit boots. It’s unfortunate, especially now during the cold months. Maybe if they spread out the shelving a little bit, they could remedy this. As of now, you could still use the bench area for the boots but if you don’t want it to get too dirty with dirt or salt from snow boots, you could always put something on top of it to protect it. 12/29/25 Update: Just wanted to add two more things I noticed and found out about this coat rack. The first thing is that the hooks are loose and can be moved anywhere you want, not stuck in one place. While this could be a nice feature for items of varying sizes, some of the hooks (because some pieces arrived bent) are looser than others. The ones that are too loose make it difficult to quickly grab a coat and/or accessory without the hook easily falling off. The hooks do, however, have holes behind them, which make me think maybe they were meant to be screwed in. But they don’t have to be screwed in permanently. I think there are flat screws you can purchase to help tighten the hooks to the rack. This does make me wonder why the package did not come with such screws to give you that option. It is not a big deal, because I know I can probably find and buy them from HomeDepot, which I plan on doing at some point. The other thing I discovered is how the legs have bottoms that can be adjusted to varying heights in case the coat rack rested on an uneven floor, which I thought is a nice feature.
