If you’re new to swimming, this might be a useful resource. If you’re a coach, these are pretty common drills, it’s not worth the purchase. They really milked the number of drills listed. For example, what I would consider a common dive progression (sitting, kneeling, standing) is spread out to be counted as several different drills including a separate “drill” to add dolphin kicks following the dive.
