With all the “scam” olive oils on the market that aren’t 100% olive oil at all how can we be sure this oil is actually 100% from olives?

I've found out that this isn't real olive oil. You can tell by how dark the packaging is and the label will tell you when the olives themselves were harvested. Very upsetting.

Your title suggests it’s italian olive oil. however it’s from morocco, argentina, tunisia. anything but italy. how do you explain this deception?

The ingredients may come from wherever, however It’s made in the Italian style by an Italian company. It’s just business, not deception.

How long is this oil good for once it's opened?

I had one of the larger bottles for a full year. It was just as good as when I first opened it. I love this oil and use it almost daily.

Would I be able to air fry chicken with the oil?
