Crazy product, don't know how it works, but it does. You get quite a lot on the roll, I bought it because of an achillies injury, it made it possible to continue with some if my training, not running but I could walk and stretch with it on. Great choice of patterns too!

Theres loads of positive reviews on this tape, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me. The problem was that it would just begin to peel off as soon as I started any kind of mildly strenuous activity. When its on, it works well, its just that it doesn't stay on. Tried showering before use and trimming the hair on my leg to ensure good adhesion. But it didn't stay on. Disappointing. As odd as this may seems it adds a spot of colour & funk to having to strap recovering injuries. Welcome change from the beige, white and Black. Quality wise, easy to apply, sticks well and one of the easier ones to take off. also if you are active most days of the week and require tp strap up almost daily, it doesn't leave a rash on your skin with repeated use (if you have senstive skin like I have). Some of the cheaper Kino tapes do. Warning: It may lead to new nicknames ;)

Great funky design and really helped with easing the pain of a torn ligament

I had my first running injury and my Dr taped me up. I first saw this years ago on a friend, we thought it was silly, then another needed to be taped, she was a believer. After my working of the hammie, I wore the tape for several days, no problems with it peeling off, just had to tap dry with a paper towel in the am as it gets WET! After the tape came off, you could see the bruising from the working of the hammie injury, where the tape was, the bruising was MUCH lighter and obvious where it was. I'm a believer. I use it for a lot of things, even keeping on my daughters silicone scar strips. This review is for all tape, both wide and regular. I've not used the cow print, sad that I'd like to have a chance to use it!

I had a pretty nasty case of IT band syndrome about two weeks before the Chicago marathon and seriously considered dropping out of the race. In a moment of desperation, I ordered the rocktape and I am so glad I did because I was able to finish the marathon with minimal issues. I would highly recommend watching the instructional video on youtube prior to taping - the box instructions tell you not to pull the tape, but the video tells you to pull it about 50%. I think the pulling was key. Regardless of whether it was all in my head or not, the point is my leg felt supported throughout nearly 4 hours of running and it gave me the push I needed to finish.

The cow pattern made this tape really expensive, but the glue and consistency is a bit worse than others options on the market. Much better success with KT, Theraband and Performtex brands.

Not sweat proof but as long as it stays , works well.

Great tape with strong adhesive and a cute little design. This tape will stay on me for about 4-5 days and through at least two showers as long as my back is very dry before applying it. Taping my shoulders down and back using a big X shape has helped my tension headaches greatly. I would buy this tape again and from this seller!
