Very sturdy and strong...heavy! Does the job well. Still easy to move around when needed. I don't really have a space to leave it out but set it up each morning to use. The vibration is very strong. For the price it is a great deal. first morning I used my hips felt so ready for the day. The operation is very easy to do and with the remote you are ready to go.

This works!! I had a knee replacement and all the tiny muscles were tightening up into knots keeping the larger muscles in place. This created constant pain to the touch, let alone to move. 10 minutes sitting in a chair with my feet on the running position on setting 1 cleared those up within a week! I stopped going to the massage therapist! I have a couple conditions that will prohibit me from using it in a standing position until I clear them up, but sitting is working wonders! Depending on your posture in the chair it will work your entire legs, or clear up to your ribs. Imagine what it will do once I can stand. I can actually tell my circulation has improved greatly!!

was actually very happy with the performance of this vibration plate. I primarily used it for circulation, recovery, and lymphatic support, and I especially enjoyed the preset programs. Program 04 became my favorite because it felt smooth, rhythmic, and relaxing without being overly intense. The machine felt stable, easy to use, and powerful enough for both standing exercises and seated or reclined use. One of my favorite ways to use it was lying down with my calves resting on the plate after a long day. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the rubber mat on my unit was lifted when I received it. I attached a photo because I wanted to show exactly what I experienced. The machine itself worked well, but I was concerned that the separation would continue to worsen over time with regular vibration and use. That said, I liked the Waver enough that I decided to return this particular unit and order another one directly from the manufacturer. If the replacement arrives without the mat issue, I would happily consider it a 5-star product.

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites... Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement! The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3. Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine. I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

I love this vibration plate. My health has greatly improved. I use twice a day, which as improved my circulation and lymphatic system. It is also fun and it feels good. Thank you so much for this beautiful, quality product along with a great price!

I do not write reviews, but once in a while an amazing product comes along. I bought this vibration plate because I read that it will help drain the lymphatic system, thus reducing inflammation in the body. I have an injured knee that the doc thinks is the bursa sac (didn't know there was a bursa in the knee) but my knee hurts. I stood on this vibrating plate for 10 minutes, stepped off and the pain was gone! When I woke up in the morning my knee was stiff again, so I stood again for 10 minutes and it was gone again. In addition to my knee feeling better my lower back is feeling better - much less stiffness than normal. It feels like getting a massage every morning. I am going to try it in the evening too and see how it affects my sleep. Hats off to whoever invented this wonderful machine!

Well made and does the job. I’ve learned to do multiple routines on the waver, 15 min a day and it takes all the stress right out of my body and I feel great after. It’s very quiet it makes a kind of humming noise (I can do it while my family watches TV.) The model I purchased is a wider option which I like, some exercises I do I need the full plate others I do only in the middle of the plate is the lowest intensity as your feet spread out to the edges it becomes more intense (you can adjust these levels depending on your individual comfort level. It’s a great exercise tool easy to use and time efficient. I love it! (I have it set up in my dining room so can look out into the garden when I’m on it (it’s very easy to pick up and move)

We have no idea of the product is any good or not because it's not compatible with the power supply in the UAE. The sellers total lack of product information is very frustrating. If you live in the UAE do not order this product as its 110v ONLY.

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!
