Great flavor. Easily scale the amount.
Much better taste than the flakes you get in the store. Easy to prepare. I make single servings using 1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp pearls. Add a little water or milk if they are too thick.

Great instant potatoes, just like the cannery
These are my favorite and I can’t find them anywhere else. Growing up, my family used to get them from the LDS cannery. They are a nostalgic food, and I’m glad I was able to find these! They are exactly the same.

So convenient!
We have kept these on hand for many years but at first we could only get them at Gordon’s Food Service and now we love the convenience of being able to have them delivered to our door. They are the best “instant” mashed potatoes we have ever had. Also it’s so easy to make just the amount needed.
