I love this warmer. It’s great for holidays and special occasions when the stove top and oven are in use and you need to keep everything hot. I purchased it for Christmas dinner but have found that I have been using it all the time now. It has been very popular. My daughters like to use it when they entertain at their homes also.

Storage? Just fine I guess. Fit right back in the box it came in and I store it in my garage until I need it again. I found it to be a good product used it for Thanksgiving for hot appetizers and work out great.

Haven't used it yet, but I plugged it in to make sure it worked. It stayed vert hot (on high) for as long as I was testing it (about 30 minutes). I will be using it for real this weekend and expect it to be great. Pans will hold whatever I need. However, I suspect it had been returned and sent out again because it had grease and fingerprints all over it and a strange stain on the top plate. I got out my "Perfect Sink" that is made for stainless steele sinks and the stain came off. The rest was taken care of with some elbow grease and a de-greaser. I can't imagine someone being so despicable as to use a product and then send it back dirty. The seller doesn't have time to check everything that is reboxed and they send it out again to another buyer.

It does work but you need to preheat it for at least 30 minutes before hand and yes, I placed hot foods in the trays. It was on for about 2 hours while we had Thanksgiving dinner buffet style. When it was over, my wife was surprised how hot our granite counter top was to the touch when the warmer was moved. If we had laminated counter tops such as formica, the device may have lifted or warped the counter. It's nice looking but kind of bulky to store in your kitchen. I also ran side by side, with the warmer, a heated mat. It isn't as elegant looking as the warmer but it did a good job keeping food warm and the beauty of it is we can use aluminum pans and toss them in the trash when done. The mats also roll up and easily stored in a kitchen cabinet. I'm returning the warmer and purchasing another mat. By the way, the wife also used the mat to speed up the rising of the dough.

These were awesome for my Daughter sweet 16. I did a taco bar and put in cheesy and things of the sort in it. I kept the cheese melted, and everything warm. It was perfect.
