25 years ago I remember using this type of material as a record mat. Came across this product again while randomly prepay day scrolling. Am using it as a non slip pad below my decks as the Ikea Kallax is quite a slippy proposition to fit your decks on. It fits the purpose excellently and looks great too and adds a little extra to the anti vibration as well. It’s a bit smelly when you unwrap but that goes quicker than a fish, chips and curry sauce supper. It’s easy to cut too and comes in two colours, cream and black. I have some left over so will use the remains under my laptop when it’s on the table.

I purchased this for our elderly dog who was slipping on the frozen or wet pathways. It immediately helped to relieve the problem and our dog was no longer slipping on the pathway surfaces when going into the garden.

haven't used this one yet, but have used one very similar, its easy to cut and shape if needed. and so much better than some of them out there, some of the others claim to be anti slip but are simply made of plastic, and to be honest they a complete waste of money. go with this stuff all day long and you won't be disappointed👍
