What it means is that this is not the British version. This is an "Americanized" version, formulated for US market tastebuds. I brew my teas with filtered water and the difference in taste between the UK and US versions is significant. If you want the real thing, this is not the product.

Apple and oranges. I grew up drinking all kinds of teas. Picking a tea is like picking a wine. In other words, what’s the occasion? Breakfast, afternoon, etc. This is my hands down favorite in the morning. It has the color of weak coffee but with a very robust flavor. Give it a try.

This particular listing is packaged as 240 tea bags in a single large cardboard box as pictured. Taylor's also sells this tea in different sized boxes - I think I have bought bought boxes of 40 or 80 previously, but I can't recall for sure. Great tea, though.
