So far this fan works great. Using it to vent out cat litter smell and so far it is working like a charm. I like the variable speed control, works perfect. Has a hum to it but I wouldn't say it is loud. I have this fan in the laundry room venting the cat litter box. Well, it worked a little to good and was venting warm air from the house. Not the whole house but any room connected to the laundry room. So it does have some power to it.

I bought this to ventilate a small paint booth I had thrown together while working on restoring some old car parts. This fan is very quiet, smooth, and pushes a lot of air. It's compact yet powerful, and the adjustment allows me to raise the speed when spray painting to get rid of overspray, and slow things down to let the paint off-gas/cure quicker. The fan has held up against a lot of spray paint being sucked right into it and has no issues. It works as I intended, and the included clamps are a bonus.

Worked just fine and was easy to install. Pushes a lot more air to back bedroom. A little smaller than my 6” duct, but just put some aluminum tape around it.

Bought this to create a knockoff bed jet and it works great. This thing can move air and isn’t that loud when a window ac going and air purifier. It makes about the same noise. Great price out and very easy to setup. I really like the controllable speed. Does a great job cooling. I like the all black look. I would recommend this product.

very cool easy to install on my small dryer. The vent duct goes from the kitchen to Kansas so we needed a little encouragement to move the moisture on down the line. The cord is long, that was good. It's pretty quiet and fits in 4" standard dryer ducting.

First off this moves a nice amount of air. I hooked this up to my voiceover booth so it doesn't turn into a sauna during long voiceover sessions. The only problem is that past about half speed it gets too noisy and bleeds thru to the booth... but half way keeps enough air moving for me., and at this price point I'm not going to complain. The problem I have is that the remote cable with the on/off/speed control is not long enough to run inside the booth but I MacGyvered it by setting it at mid speed and plugging it into a WiFi plug so I can just have Alexa turn it on and off as needed even during a session.

Decent working and quiet. Just way too small for a 4x4 tent. It'll circulate the air. Slowly. Doesn't help much expelling heat because it's too slow. I couldn't imagine turning the speed down at all. Will have to upgrade

For the price its fine, but expect it to be fairly noisy, or at least the pitch of the sound being pretty annoying for the modest airflow it produces. It also has absolutely no static pressure ability (its a PC fan in a plastic tube) so any air resistance from even the most open of vent openings will reduce airflow and increase noise. If the low price is essential for you, its durable enough plastic and PC fans tend to last a long time so its decent enough. But if you need more airflow or have anything with even the lightest bit of resistance of flow (vents, some length of ducting, etc) its not very good.

This unit worked well. At 75% and up it starts getting noisy. It spin so fast and it cuts my finger. Please be aware of no safety guard, so watch your finger!

I'm writing because these units so far have worked incredibly well. I own three different models,..and a total of 14 units. I have 3 three of these 8 inch "Booster" models,..I am using these to clear the air where i live. Both intake air and out. Very powerful fumes are emitted by the upper tenants,..(This is Canada ) These units have been "Generally" going 24/7 at one speed or another, and even next to open windows all year round. I live in Milton, Ontario,..and we have many humid summer days, and Canadian winters,...more recently,.i accidently dropped one of these units, and it hit a pointed corner bathroom vanity top at the fan blade and broke the fan blade. i immediately contacted HON & GUAN at one of their email addresses,..explaining i had damaged the unit and would like to pay for replacement parts and/ repairs,...they asked me to email my Order # (Amazon) and WOW!,..WOW! again,..HON & GUAN were SO KIND,....THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT "FREE OF CHARGE" AND ALSO SENT ME AN ADDITIONAL 4 INCH MODEL AS WELL..WOW!,..WHAT A COMPANY.
