Great for Hydration & Energy Boost
Recently, I stumbled upon Insaltd and I like it. There’s 4 diff flavors and it’s easy to pack and go. I play tennis often and it’s really helped me with my game (as opposed to just drinking water) and it’s given me more energy to keep playing harder. I love that it has clean ingredients, and no artificial sweeteners or preservatives, and is 0 calories! It’s great for traveling, gym, workouts, athletic sports/games, etc. It’s also amazing for hydration as it’s packed with electrolytes and helps me stay hydrated. It’s affordable and has a lot of benefits, so I recommend trying it.

Great Way To Replenish Electrolytes
As a runner in Florida, I'm always looking for the right fuel and hydration to get me through my miles. I have some favorites, but it's always great to mix it up. I am always on the sweatier side so iI do look for higher sodium content, and I prefer lower to no sugar, so Insaltd packets seemed like a no-brainer. I also liked the variety pack - there's nothing worse than getting stuck with all one flavor, especially if it's not as tasty as hoped. Everything mixes into water nicely and easily with no clumping. The flavors were all bold and didn't have any funky aftertastes. After review, the grapefruit is probably my favorite with the citrus in second. I used the packets after my outdoor runs, and felt great. That being said, 900 mg per packet is a lot of sodium for regular training. If I was in for a marathon or half marathon right now, it would be perfect, but for regular Florida summer running, it's not necessary. I will stash these until i start ramping up my miles.

Awful
I am always seeking a sugar free electrolyte mix that doesnt use stevia (i hate the taste) or sucralose (i have a sensitivity to it), so i gave these a try. Right off the bat, they have a decent fruit flavor, but they are sickly sweet, and then have a very, very off-putting after taste (i assume its the sweetener glyvia, i havent found much info on it, but i dont think i like it). To top it off, they just taste of heavy salt once the overly sweet fruit flavor passes. Oh, and you cant really stir this power, it just clumps, you have to use a shaker bottle. I will not be buying these again, and honestly the remainder of the box will likely end up in the trash.

The perfect post-workout drink to replenish lost fluids
I use these to replenish electrolytes lost after hot yoga. I sweat a lot in that class and so replenishing lost fluids is important to me. I was drawn to these after reading the label and seeing all the clean ingredients. YESS!! I’m very conscious of additives that are found in so many things, and these are as clean as they get. Worth noting, there aren’t any additives that would typically make dissolving easier, so the powder does take some work to mix into your water. I use a handheld frother and that works great for me! Overall full of flavor and so far, I’m really happy with the product. I do mix mine into a 40 oz bottle of water, just because I normally drink that much, post workout, and I like it more watered down. I’ll definitely be buying more!

Not super strong flavor but great clean electrolytes
I do wish that the flavors were a bit stronger as they had great potential, but this is overall a nice on-the-go electrolyte powder option. It's very clean with 0 sugar and 0 calories. It also has a good amount of sodium which is a must for true electrolytes!

Perfect for athletes in the summer
I'm an ultra runner and spend a lot of time running outside and lifting too at the gym- and living in the south replacing electrolytes is not optional it's necessary. I tried this and it's a great option for these hot summer runs, before, during, or after. I had a little bit of trouble with the powder clumping when I tried to mix it, but the company gave me some helpful tips that worked (I mixed it in a tiny bit of warm water then mixed it well to make a concentrate the added more cold water). I use tailwind a lot on long runs to get carbs in too but like to add extra electrolytes and flavor to the unflavored mix and this is a great option for that too! Give them a try if you need to avoid those post summer run headaches! My favorite flavors were citrus and grapefruit!

Lemon Ginger has bitter flavor
I was so excited to try this product and gave it several changes. We've made it most of the way through our box but unfortunately this is not a winner for me. I love the idea of lemon ginger. I tried it hot and cold and played with different amounts of water but there is a bitter flavor that shines through. I'm not sure if it's the sweetener alternative or the lemon ginger flavoring that's added but it's not great. I was also hoping for a hint of salty flavor to balance the sweetness but there is not a trace of that either. Seems like other reviews love this but it won't be a re purchase for me.

The taste is a spoiler for me.
I bought this product to increase my salt intake. The packages are convenient and each one has a good supply of salt. Unfortunately, the taste is poor and makes it difficult to drink. I’ve found more palatable options.

They have a slightly salty taste that mixes well with the flavour on the package. Hydrates you quite well.

Ok so first, to dissolve the powder, put a bit of hot tap water in and stir. It'll dissolve perfectly, then add the usual amount of cold water you want! Second, Glyvia does contain stevia, specifically the plant glycosides from it. It's just not stevia alone. They use a patented mix of glycosides from the stevia plant, mogrosides from monk fruit, gymnemic acid (an amino acid), and free glycine. While the ingredients all can come from natural sources, the process of extracting and combining them is not. This isn't an issue for me, but thought I'd mention it as it might be for some. I actually quite like the taste of this stuff! I specifically get the passionfruit one. I find it actually has a nice aftertaste and doesn't bother my mouth of digestive system like many others have. I also greatly appreciate that this electrolyte mix only contains the necessary stuff so it's safe to have more than one packet per day for those of us with POTS who need a high salt, high fluids diet.

After doing some reading about starting the morning with electrolytes instead of caffeine, I tried to find the perfect mix that would be enjoyable enough to tie me over til 10a.m. Not a fan of the passionfruit, but love the Citrus! Dissolves well and can be made with more or less water to meet your salty needs.

Great LMNT alternative with no stevia I have been drinking LMNT almost every day for about a year but with all the studies coming out now about the negative side affects of stevia I’ve been looking for other options. I came across Insaltd on Amazon and decided to give it a try because there’s no stevia in it. The flavour is great and I actually prefer their grapefruit over LMNT’s. I find LMNT’s grapefruit tastes good but it doesn’t really taste like real grapefruit and feels a bit artificial to me. Insaltd’s grapefruit is quite tart and not as sweet, giving that real ruby red grapefruit flavour that I love. I love that this mix still has a high amount of electrolytes and makes me feel amazing. I’ve put in my order for the other flavours and I can’t wait to try.

This electrolyte powder is great in both cold or hot water. I first used it while in Mexico on a Yoga Retreat where we were quite active and the weather was quite hot + humid. I especially loved the citrus and mango passionfruit flavours while there - they are fruity and refreshing. Now being back home in a colder climate, I enjoy the lemon ginger flavour the most. I add only a quarter of the packet to a glass of room temperature or a mug of hot water - it kinda tastes like a lemon ginger tea. Overall, the flavours are not overpowering and the product keeps you satiated + hydrated. Highly recommend :)
