It's okay. Decent enough for me to flip a pair of old headphones. The top part kept falling off though. I basically had to wrap it in string for a week. The material looks like it'll absorb facial oils.

ear pad arrived with a big rip along the edge
One of the ear pads was defective on arrival - it had a lengthy tear on the edge. I'm not going to bother sending it back. For what it originally cost me, I'm not willing to be bothered to document the problem, package it up, and deliver it to a UPS store. But I'm not pleased about this. (Maybe I should approach the manufacturer directly, see if I can order another replacement kit directly from them?)

headband strips cheaply made
the driver covers are as expected for the price, but the headband pieces are cheaply manufactured and the blue casing over the foam came apart before I could even affix them on headband. Very poor quality would not recommend.
