Smoking a pipe is a very classy and relaxking thing to do, but if you light it with trash, than you are better off not doing it at all. This lighter has got all you need to add and invigorate your touch of class. A well designed flint stone pipe lighter, that can be handled with one finger, and won't shut off in the middle of lighting. No Buttons to push down, so no tiring fingers, just close lid when done lighting. Tamper and pick tool are uniquely desinged into the bottom of the lighter. A truly sophisticated lighter. Perfect for serious pipe smokers. Its soft flame is beautifully accented by the polished chrome finish. The size of the flame can be easily adjusted with the flame adjusting wheel. This piece is Guaranteed on the body for two full years. Butane Not Included Review: Makes the user feel like a boss - Makes the user feel like a boss. Once you work out how to fill it of course. Also, if it won't light it's probably down to you being a moron and spinning the flint the wrong way. How do I know this? I'm a moron. Review: One Star - Caught fire inside after 3 weeks. Not safe to use.

This lighter looks very fancy and is a great copy of the Corona Old Boy
This lighter looks very fancy and is a great copy of the Corona Old Boy. For me it worked great as a one handed lighter in both hands. It lit right up every time I sparked the flint and I didn't have any leaking issues. The only two inconsistencies I get is when I light it right after refilling it and the flame is bigger than normal but that does go away quickly. I also get an occasional flutter of the flame here and there but for a $20 lighter that looks this cool I can forgive it. I would like to add that the pick (which also serves as a flathead screwdriver to adjust the fuel valve) and tamper are not useless. For me anyway both served their purpose and did just as good as any tool would. Having it built into the lighter is a nice advantage over having to carry around a tool. All in all I would totally recommend this lighter. Just be careful though because you can either get a diamond like I did or a lemon. It's the chance you take when you get a $20 clone lighter but you could always send it back until you get a good one.

Perfect pipe lighter
Works perfectly - lights reliably, and holds butane without leaking - as well as being solid and appears to be of high quality.

An excellent value.
The classic look and feel of the Corona OldBoy lighter without the hefty pricetag. In virtually all aspects, this lighter is identical to the Oldboy Like all refillable lighters, you MUST BLEED THE AIR FROM THE TANK before filling. I suspect this is where the majority of the "low fuel capacity" complaints originate. The flint installed at the factory is fairly soft and will wear out fast; recommend replacing it with a quality flint such as Zippo or Davidoff. The pin holding the flip cap will work itself loose over time; simply push it back in when it starts to work itself out. All in all, a quality lighter that, with a minimum of care and maintenance, should last for years.

PURE JUNK
I have bought three and all three are junk. The spring loaded plunger in the snuffer cap of the first one flew out after about three strikes and is lost. The screw that fastens the flint tube onto the top of the flint striker wheel was cross threaded on the second one. So far that causes only a cosmetic problem because the flint tube is noticeably slanted but may cause a mechanical problem later. The exhaust valve rotates on the third one so that the flame is pointed backwards towards my fingers after only a few strikes. It can be rotated back to correct position using tweezers but that is a pain and refills do not last as long so all the twisting may be causing the valve to leak. These are either pure junk, or they are seconds or rejects. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. UPDATE (see LAST UPDATE below): I think I fixed the problem of the rotating exhaust valve with the third lighter. There is a collar at the base of exhaust valve stem that apparently compresses an O ring that seals around the exhaust valve stem. I rotated the valve stem with tweezers so that the flame pointed in the right direction and then used small needle nose pliers to tighten that collar down slightly -- three of the limited turns allowed by the close quarters. That appears to have fixed the problem and no signs of leakage due to all the experimenting but with some scarring of the collar caused by the pliers. So now I have two of the three lighters that work but with cosmetic problems. I won't change the rating, I would rate them at zero or negative stars if I could, because the fixes were a lot of trouble and should not have been there anyway. I'm tired of being inconvenienced by companies that continuously send out junk. LAST UPDATE: The fix described above was only temporary, don't waste time on it.

Great Until it Stops Working
Nice lighter when it works. Mine seems to leak fuel. After filled, it works great, but after a few hours, I need to refill it. What a shame.
