Its also decently sized provides instructions on how to use and is a nice thickness so not super flimsy like printer paper Some i hung with a single piece of tapr that is visible others i opted for a more clean look and put the tape on the back side on each of the four corners So far having these in various areas of the house helps me to remember to take a short break to help my eyes hopefully be less stressed and more relaxed over time
