I just love this product!! I have tried so many rimws for hours on end to get my pictures. This worked so fast and easy! I just took it to the shop and plugged it in and my pics wherevprinted right away!

Good stuff

Price was important as I needed two of them. Package size allowed delivery to my mailbox rather than leaving them on the porch. Easy to use so I didn't need to block out time for learning. I took standard delivery as there was no pressing need.

First of all, I was very excited to get this item as my pictures are a mess. I had no idea how big to get, so I purchased the small one. I inserted it and it started working immediately it said there were 192 duplicates. I'm sure there are duplicates. I thought fir some reason that the photo stick would put them together so I could take care of the duplicates . That didn't happen. Then the message came up that I needed another photo stick because I didn't have room on the photo stick I had in there to finish. It indicated a small amount, way less than what had already been sorted through. The message said that I needed to order another one which I did. I ordered the small one again which was all I needed. I inserted the new one and instantly, the message came up that it was full and I needed another one. That is where the problem lies. There is no way I need another one. I didn't write down the numbers from the screen on both items. I just know that the first one's numbers were accurate and the second one which is what I ordered from amazon was not. If it continues like I was under the impression it would do, there should have been some sort of ending with some if the help I was expecting. I am very unhappy and I wasn't able to find any phone number to call at The Photo Stick.

I so wanted this to work. Optimistically plugged it in and asked it to download pictures. Tried it several times to no avail. Even tried restarting my computer and plugging it in again. I am getting a refund from Amazon so I am glad I purchased from them. Such a great photo storage idea if it would only work.

Easy to use

I got the 8 gb one. First, installation and operation was NOT intuitive. Certainly not “click and go.” It took my computer savvy son about 30 minutes to step through the setup. Second, it did NOT eliminate duplicates. I actually ran out of space on the photostick but if it had cleared out the duplicates, there would have been ample space for all of my photos. I’m now manually scrolling through years of pictures and trying to delete the duplicates one by one. Third, it was advertised as arranging the photos in date order. That was only marginally successful in that, for instance, photos from 2015 would randomly appear in the ones for 2019.

Tried a cheaper (copycat) version of the Photo Stick. No comparison. I love my photo Stick. This one does exactly what it says. Insert it and go. The cheaper versions are just glorified flash drives where you have to download software to get them to work. What a hassle. Photo Stick is the bomb!

Works exactly as described. This size was good for the number of pictures and videos we currently have. Some people will need more space.
