These work well for ceramic pots. I drilled 3 holes with 0.41" bit and 4 with the 0.47". Last hole went as smooth as the first so they seem to last for at least that long and still have plenty of diamond after cutting (see pics). Take it slow and use water that worked well for me.

Wanna drill glass? Then these are your choice! They work very well. I've tried the metal carbide glass bits and they usually always cause a crack or break the bottle. These do not. They cut a super nice hole. REMEMBER...plenty of water to keep the glass cool...and not too much pressure on the drill. Let the bit do the work!.

Cost effective. Work great. Drills though tile well.

I used these to drill holes in a few ceramic pots. I have a great power drill and these worked perfectly to first few times but after the third hole or so they lost their grit and were not able to drill through the ceramic which is why I bought them.
