Multi purpose waterproofer

I primed bare brick with this before applying Flashband and no more leaks. Seems to be good on bare wood aswell, better than Fence-Life(tm), as it isn't water soluble...also mix down with some unleaded and it goes a long way, just like Creosote used to be.
