PV does
I bought 2 of them and i got disapointed with the embedded solar pannel that despite a direct exposure to the sun for more than 6h it does not refill the battery and you ll need external PV to use this outdoor.

Charging via solar is a consistent problem. and when alerts are too many, the battery wont last even a week
