The top metal roller came off. Was able to find the nut for it and just retightened all 4 of them better to prevent from flying off while using. Practice on a scrap wood to get a feel before using on the real material

Exactly what the Doctor ordered...
Doing a little patio furniture rehab, and got these router bits to round the edges of the arm-rests with my Dad's vintage 1/4" Black & Decker router. Worked a treat, and the edges are perfect. Now for light sanding and paint, and they'll be good as new!

If you are looking for more than 2 linear feet of cutting, then find a different brand.After just 18 inches or so the guide bearing let loose. Tried a second bit, different radius and the bearing fell apart almost immediately.I will replace the bearings myself. I'm not about to try to figure out how to get replacements from the manufacturer. I have plenty of bearings of all these sizes from my RC Car hobby... so not a big deal for me. Just avoid the headaches, spend a few more dollars and get some quality bits from a reliable source.
