I do not buy it again and do not recommend this product. The amount of the sugar in this product make it undrinkable. I think that is even urtificial sugar so make it even worse. I fell sick after one drink. the other option of this product are tablets which are very big and make it difficult to swallow. I am so dissapointed as it looks that product has good ingrediends but my feeling is I am drinking a bag of sugar.
