Lawei 3 Pack Square Clear Plastic Jars, 98 Oz Wide Mouth Storage Containers with Screw-On Lids, Refillable BPA Free Empty PET Jars for Dry Goods Peanut Cookies Candy, Easy Grip Airtight Storage Jar

I needed these for "tip jars" for a collection/fundraiser I was doing and fit the bill perfectly. If using for food, they are just a simple screw up lid, probably not 100% airtight, but close. Definitely would use for dry foods. Would be ideal for trinket storage, hobbies, toys, etc. Thin plastic that is NOT heat proof. When cutting holes in the top for money slots, it melted immediately from drill. Depending on use, these are a good buy for size and sealing.

I'm not good with volume measurements and disregarded the '98 oz wide mouth' description. They are definitely large, but very sturdy and well-made. I'm using them to store bulk chopped freeze-dried shallots and onions and they're infinitely easier to store and use than ziploc type bags. I'm using tape for labeling, but they are very clear so the ingredients are easy to see. The lid closure is very secure and is keeping my freeze dried ingredients fresh. They're very attractive lined up on my pantry shelves.

These were a reasonably priced alternative to traditional canister. They work great

I decide to repaint a lot of homes interior and exterior surfaces and ended up with a lot of unused paint which took up a lot of storage space. I was looking for a way to consolidate the paint and take up much less space and settled on these containers. They worked perfectly. They seal tightly and stack nicely. The plastic is a thick qulaity and after storing some paint for several months there are no leaks and the paint is still fluid not hardening so I know they are airtight. I highly recommend these if you need smaller storage containers that store nicely and are high quality. I imagine if you needed them for foodstuff storage they would work as well especially if you want to ensure that food items like flour, cereal stay fresh and wont get contaminated by insects.

Arrived as advertised. A good product for storing your grains, rice, flours etc. Clearly able to see contents, the opening is nice and wide, can fit a one cup scoop at an angle.

perfect for cereal and kitty food

Exactly what I ordered some cheap piece of plastic with a lid that doesn’t work right
