To shoot with wireless connectivity this is absolutely needed with the 200 newer lights, this pops them every time and does not miss a wink. Without this I would have to try to figure some way to get my lights to pop every time. But I'm so happy I bought it and also I can control my brightness and my color temperature and my modeling lights. The value for the money. And battery life are fabulous. It just has overall great functionality

Works great with my neewer flashes! Definitely a good investment if you want to take your flash photography to the next level. The menu is a little clunky to work through during a shoot so figuring out how to navigate everything is highly recommended. The scroll wheel is smooth and the backlight has an auto shut off to preserve battery!

Works very well. Biggest issue is that it doesn't come with a case. Would be better with a rechargeable battery. R50 users need the adapter but that's a Canon issue.

Zuerst hatte meine Canon den externen Auslöser im Kameraschuh nicht erkannt. Nachdem ich den Auslöser und die Kamera aktualisiert hatte, war dieses Problem aber gelöst und ich konnte den Auslöser zusammen mit 2 Q3 Blitzen und einen Rundkopfblitz von Neewer verwenden, was stets in einer guten Ausleuchtung führte….
