This ointment is good for just about anything under the sun from dressing skin wounds to lubing window slider tracks. Truly endless uses. Great for dry skin treatment also. It is also an excellent deal at this price point.

This seems essentially the same as Vaseline or other similar store brands and can be used for the same purposes. It's low-odor, easy to spread, and light colored. About the only issue was that it was shipped in a plastic envelope with nothing inside to secure it and no safety seal on the jar, and the cover had popped off. Luckily, it's thick enough that it really didn't spill and create a huge mess, but everything was just a bit greasy - the outside of the jar and lid, the inside of the envelope, my hands... Still, minor inconvenience, but it would be nice if it was better packaged, or the lid stayed on better.

Now I know what you're assuming about this divorced male and a jar of petroleum jelly. But sorry to disappoint you, I use Lube-Lifefor that. (See my Lube-Life review, i like to think it's ... pretty slick? 🤭) This relatively generic non-Vaseline, pet-gel (it's what - we in the in the know - call petroleum jelly) served as a fine, less-expensive alternative that prevented me from further exascerbating a blister. ... and prevented me from further exascerbating my bank account 🤭🤭🤭

Just remember, always to use white petroleum jelly. It's a great size, perfect for the price and it will go in our emergency bag. Petroleum jelly can be used for a lot of things. The internet, will give you a list of what it's good for. It's good for the skin and for moisturizing and cuts and scrapes and burns and protects.
