Making phone calls with this device has been a terrible and frustrating experience. Despite making several efforts to adjust and improve the voice quality, the other person on the line struggles to understand what you are saying. Furthermore, your voice comes across as distorted, which leads to irritation and disappointment among the recipients of your calls. I purchased this product with high expectations of its performance, primarily because it boasts six microphones and is specifically marketed for family and work-related phone calls. However, it has failed to effectively fulfill its intended purpose. Additionally, I have encountered frequent Bluetooth disconnections. In my opinion, this product is only suitable for listening to music and watching movies. I would not recommend it for phone conversations at all.

In terms of sound quality, the SoundPEATS Air4 are impressive for the price. They have a well-balanced sound signature with clear vocals and deep bass. Have been using this product for the last 2 months and although its said there are 6 mics in this model the quality is very poor in comparison to the Air 3 which I had used for about 1and 1/2 year. Also the battery capacity is not good, left side ear pod battery will be drained faster than the right side and when the issue was raised they asked me to do reset but it was same. I'll appreciate if you can replace this Air4 with Air 3 for me which was far better.

This is probably the 5 or so, earbuds I'm buying from soundpeats, they've once again proven to deliver quality at affordable price. After almost a month use, perfect for media, Calls etc. Battery is good and design sleek and durable.

great product as always from SoundPeats, The multiple connections works flawlessly. It only have one draw back, when you open the case theit connects directly, so when you use one ear only the other one is turned on by default and when you close the case both sides disconnects from the device and the one in your ear reconnects again, I think this will be fixed in future firmware update

I had one of the best earbuds, Sennheiser MTW3. But they deteriorated my hearing and caused pain to my ears. I went back to the headphones shape that worked for me, this shape. They sit very good in my ears. No pain even for using for hours. The sound is very good. Of course Sennheiser MTW3 produced even better sound, but it also was too processed sound. Here I don't feel the sound is processed and it is very good. The ANC was the big surprise! since those headphones don't stick inside your ear canals, I expected some symbolic noise cancellation. But I was surprised to discover how much of a difference they make of a flight, Quite amazing! The battery life could be improved. Though since I'm talking about trans-continental flight i.e. some 10 hours. I don't think even the MTW3 would hold so much. Last but not least, the price! amazing low price! I'd say even funny price! Remember, these headphones use a Qualcomm chip. So highly recommended!

السماعة شيك جداااا وانيقة وبتشتغل على جهازين فى نفس الوقت وده عيب وميزة ميزة انها بتشتغل على جهازين فى نفس الوقت العيب ان لو انت بتشغل اى محتوى فديو او موسيقى وجه اشعار او قفلت وفتحت الموبايل التانى بيوقف المحتوى اللى شغال ويرجع يشغلة تانى بس ليها حل انك تدخل على البلوتوث وتدوس على اعدادات السماعة فى الجنب وتختار استخدام السماعة مكالمات فقط والجهاز التانى تشغله مكالمات وميديا المشكلة هتتحل .

Bought this for my son and when we tested it, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, clarity and also the noise cancelling function actually works better then the Samsung/ Sony / JBL ear pods. Value for money, I'll definitely buy another pair
