Perfect Quick Breakfast for Busy Mornings
I use the SlimFast Ready To Drink Shake mainly as a quick breakfast when I don’t have time to prepare or grab something before heading out in the morning. It’s really convenient, just grab one from the fridge and you’re good to go. The shakes taste good and are smooth to drink, not overly thick like some meal replacement options. They’re filling enough to keep me going through the morning, which makes them a great option on busy days.

Yummy raspberry flavour!
As someone who isn’t typically the biggest fan of raspberry flavoured things I was skeptical about giving this flavour a try but I was pleasantly surprised! I love the strawberry and chocolate flavours, but I think the raspberry flavour may actually be my favourite! Less of an unpleasant aftertaste and the bottles are handy to take with you on the go. I will say though, they have a rather high sugar content so bear that in mind, especially if you have diabetes. Smooth consistency and helps aid weight loss.

Taste really good and started diet a few days ago.. so two of these a day as well as a meal and fruit and nuts … they are doing the job.
