Easy to use for hot tools. Nicely scented. Makes my hair feel pretty soft. I got the travel size to see if I’d like it enough to buy the larger one and will definitely re purchase

Love Moroccanoil products and the Perfect Defense Heat Protectant is a great one. I have thin, fine, color treated hair that is fragile. I also use heat products almost daily (hair dryer and flat iron) so I need a really good quality protectant and this product does its job. Will definitely purchase again.

This heat protectant is a God send!! I’ve been using it for a year now and will never go back to any other brands! Unlike any other heat protectant I’ve used! I straighten my hair almost every day and had a lot of heat damage prior to trying this. I recently got a trim done to my hair and switched to this product. I have absolutely zero heat damage now and I feel comfortable and secure knowing my hair is protected. It smells like an expensive perfume which I love, but if you aren’t a fan of scented sprays then this may not be for you! It also leaves your hair feeling like it has a waxy film over your hair after straightening. I have thin dry hair so I personally love the extra moisture and frizz control!! But for my oily haired girlies I would watch out for this!! I purchased this last July and I still have close to half the bottle left. A little goes a long way! I personally have had an amazing experience with this product and would recommend giving it a try if you are looking for a great heat protectant!!

I could go on and on about this heat protectant. For reference- I have completely natural non-dyed hair. I have auburn hair, naturally wavy hair & it’s very long. This spray is worth using for the scent alone, it’s so nice!! Call me crazy, but I actually think this spray is responsible for making my red hair pop more. This product leaves my hair feeling unbelievably smooth, and it’s so light weight. There’s no greasy feeling at all and doesn’t leave any film or color. I’m hooked on this stuff for life I think!!

Compré este protector de calor para mi cabello y realmente ha superado mis expectativas. Desde la primera vez que lo usé, noté que mi cabello quedaba más suave, brillante y mucho más manejable después de usar la plancha y el secador. Me gusta mucho que no deja el cabello pesado ni grasoso, y además tiene un aroma muy agradable que dura bastante. Siento que protege muy bien contra el daño del calor, ya que mi cabello luce más sano y con menos puntas abiertas. Definitivamente es un producto que volvería a comprar y recomendaría a cualquiera que use herramientas de calor con frecuencia. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Works well, definitely adds a nice healthy shine. But the smell is very strong and lasts all day. Very artificial smell, not horrible but I dont love smelling it all day.

I decided to start with the smaller size of this heat protectant since I’ve had mixed experiences with other hair products in the past. I’m glad I gave it a try because it really exceeded my expectations. The formula is very lightweight. It doesn’t leave hair feeling sticky, stiff, or heavy. Instead, my hair felt soft, airy, and natural, almost as if I wasn’t wearing any product at all. Another plus is the fragrance. It doesn’t have that strong chemical smell common in many heat protectants. Instead, it’s more subtle and herbal, which makes it much more pleasant to use regularly. Overall, I was impressed with both the performance and the feel of this product. It protects without weighing hair down, and the scent is refreshing. I’ll definitely be investing in the larger bottle for long-term use.

I am way too impatient to wait for a wet heat protectant to dry so this is the perfect dry option. Smells amazing, as with every Moroccanoil product - duh. No sticky feeling after use. Great product.

My favourite heat defense spray. So easy to use, smells delicious, the can lasts longer than I expected. Doesn't leave any oily or powdery residue either. The only downside is the price, so I try to find it on sale.
