This is a great quality and value for the price. Easy install, no problems and no leaks. The button on the handle to shut off the water works great. It shuts off the water completely and is easy to operate. The head itself works well with good pressure (did not install regulator) and switches modes easily. The best thing about this model, which is why I initially bought is its extra long hose. This is the perfect size if you need it to work with a shower chair. See picture. Many of the competitors have only a 5 ft hose which would not work for my application.

Great handeld shower head with on/off switch, exactly what I needed for washing my dog. Works great. The only issue I had installing it was it kept leaking right at the point where it connects to the pipe coming from the wall. I tried plumbing tape, pipe dope and still would leak. I finally looked closer at the end of the pipe coming from the wall and noticed the end of the pipe had sharp edges. So I filed the end of the pipe to remove the sharp edge. This worked, no more leaking. This wasn't the fault of the shower head, so I wonder if other viewers who had leaking if this was the same issue. Anyway my 2 cents. The two main things I like about this shower head is the on/off switch and the length of the hose. I can easily wash my dog in the tub.

Sturdy housing and easy installation. I bought one of these and it is so nice that I bought a second for my other bathroom. It is literally the definition of VALUE, quality, good looks, sturdy metal housing and hose, easy installation with zero leaks, the button is a game changer. I can't say enough about this reasonably priced quality shower head.

Easy to install and works great

Great Handheld shower head, especially for the price! I bought this on Black Friday as a replacement for an older Oxygenics handheld I have been using for about 10 years. The old one is still working but the shutoff lever on it doesn't work as well as it used to and I will change it out eventually. I wanted one for the "shelf" to make sure I could have a high pressure/output one without a flow restrictor in the future. We're probably safe for a few years yet but who knows when the enviro-whackos will cut us (but not themselves) all down to 1 gpm! This comes with a flow restrictor you can add if you're crazy enough to want to. It seems like as good of build quality as you're going to get these days for chinese plastic, and seems like it will hold up. For $23 it's excellent. I bought an expensive HammerHead handheld shower head once and returned it, the metal was paper thin and the flow rate was horrible! This plastic one feels just as substantial and is a much better value! You could go through 4 of these for the price of a hammerhead, but I'd guess one of these would last just as long. It has an on/off switch which is great and I think a necessity! If you are going to bathe your dog or when you shampoo your hair you can shut it off and not worry about making a mess.

Got this shower head for my dad. He sits on a shower chair now and he is very pleased with the shower head. The hose is long enough to reach him while sitting and we were able to hang it lower for him to reach. It was easy to install and has great water pressure and settings.

Been using for almost a month and pleasantly surprised how well it operates and how it effectively uses the water pressure (feels around 10% stronger than previous shower head).

This was great for my mom. She had back surgery and needed a chair in the shower and this worked great as a shower head. It has a easy to stick on holder that you can place anywhere in the shower! It also has a shut-off valve on the shower head which works great from sitting in a chair since she can't reach the knobs! The water pressure is good she used it for 3 months now and it's held up. Fits perfectly good value for the money. It is also adjustable for water flow. Happy I found it! Would recommend!
