Sage 'A Bit More' 2 Slice Toaster, Wide Slots, Brushed Stainless Steel

Really pleased with toaster, not only do l,have a matching kettle and toaster but it provides me with excellent toast as well other toasted goodies. It is well made, easy to use and hopefully will give good service.

Great toaster. Wanted a digitally controlled toaster to replace my other one, which was a 4 slice Cuisinart, and took up a bit too much room on the worktop. This was a warehouse buy, due to having a deep but small dint, that has no bearing on the performance and is not so noticeable at a glance. My husband loves the 'a little bit more button' Very pleased. Highly recommend.

Has all the functions you would need on a toaster. It toasts evenly and is a good looking appliance. Cons are it is not cheap.

We have a lot of SAGE products but this thing is utter garbage - half the heating wires dont work as you can see in the photo - its very very poor effort from SAGE. The toast controls are also stupid and not thought about Plus you cant fit a Warburtons slice of bread in it - Verdict - one for the bin im afraid

Bought the Sage kettle that allows us to heat water at variable temperatures for our green and white teas, we were so impressed we bought the new Sage toaster with variable digital browning control, a muffin, crumpet, fruit loaf function, defrost function and take a peak function. The toaster also has a 'little more' button if you just want a little more brown to your toasted products.... This machine is efficient, toasts well, toasted products have a lovely moist texture and rich flavour as opposed to our last toaster that used to burn everything. I couldn't recommend this toaster any more. This is probably the best toaster I have used in over 20 years.

Fine. Purchased off the back of the wirecutter's review. One thing that does not differ from other toasters when considering this item is that in order to get your food out of the slots once toasting is done you -still- need to forcefully yank the lever up to expose the food enough to be grabbed. This is going to lead to wear on said lever and very possibly, as with other units we have used, the need to replace said component or the entire toaster.

I have toast maybe once a week, this is made so badly that the internal mechanism broke and was jammed after 3 months use. Should have bought a dualit to begin with .
