I bought these on the Black Friday sale and man, I'm so glad I did. I have several pairs of the lesser Vibes, which sound good, but these blow them out of the water. First, let's address the fitment. I see many say they don't fit, they fall out, or feel like they're going to fall out. Don't put the large ear pads on if you don't have large ear canal openings! This will cause the earbuds to push themselves out. Too large will push them out, while too small will obviously not have enough to grip your ear. Test them all to find the right fit, if not, reach out to JBL, I'm sure they have replacement pads of other sizes. You can also buy them here on Amazon as they're pretty universal. I find pushing them in, and turning them into place, with the proper pads, netted a great seal and no falling out. You HAVE to install the app on your phone; otherwise, you're getting the flat sound your phone manufacturer decided sounded good. The JBL app is available for Apple and Android - and it makes a massive difference, especially with the noise cancellation and frequency response. With these, I'm hearing songs I've listened to for decades for the first time. I'm hearing effects and instruments I never heard in the music. These are that clear. They also don't kill my ears! I've tried earbuds from $5 to $300, and while the more expensive ones sounded terrific, they hurt my ears physically. With these, I get great sound and a great fit with a tremendous battery life. I'm reading a lot of negative reviews where either the fit or the sound is the problem. Most of these would be positive if people were provided with either longer pads so they go a bit further into the ear and more sizes and those with sound complaints would actually install the app. Mine sounded horrible with the Dolby equalizer baked into Android 13. Installing the app AND turning off any phone equalizer or sound enhancer was the solution. I'd definitely buy these again!

A lot of pros with one con. I didn’t think I had a lot of time for earbuds during the day, so I started off trying a cheap pair. They were $20 or something with 4.8 stars and reviews like, “I haven’t used my Airpods since buying these!” so I thought that sounded perfect. They sucked. The sound was harsh, they became painful after extended use, noise cancelling was barely noticeable, etc. I can’t actually remember all of the problems at this point. BUT they sold me on the functionality of wireless headphones. Fast-forward to a few months later - it’s Black Friday and I bite on these because they’re on sale. I was a little hesitant because they had a lowly 4.2 stars. Turns out average reviews aren’t everything. These are the polar opposite of the highly-reviewed, cheap headphones I tried: they’re comfortable, and the sound is amazing. As the title implies, I master audio so this is not a hollow endorsement. The cheap ones had hyped bass, missing mids, and painful presence/treble. These are very flat and well-performing by comparison, and can be EQ’d. The noise cancelling is also VERY respectable. I frequently work around loud sources and am sensitive to loud noises, and I have accidentally left these in when I intended to swap for earplugs, because the performance is similar. I love the app. Being able to select between audio quality vs. video sync’ing is awesome when I want to watch live musical performances where sync issues play with your mind. Being able to create custom EQ settings is very important to me too. The con is that you have to take them out of the case to power them on. It’s not a huge deal - it’s easy to pop them in for a split second if they’ve timed out or something. But there has been one occasion that I ran somewhere and forgot the case. I intend to live my life without dependence on crap like headphones, so no big deal - take a break. I would normally give something like this 4 stars because that power-on function is a notable miscalculation on JBL’s part, but it deserves a much better average review than it has so I’m doing my part to raise it. In everyday life it’s not that big of a deal unless you’re the kind of person who loves to find things to complain about.

Excellent sound quality. Bass and treble well balanced. Like the sound with music better than other earbuds twice their price. The one downside is fit. I've tried all three ear pad sizes and they don't feel snug in my ears. Seem somewhat bulky and awkward. However, I've walked and hiked and they've never fallen out. May keep them purely for the sound quality.

They work great. Easy to pair and if I can do it anyone can.. I really like the LED screen and lots of different settings to choose from. Long usage per charge.

I bought these to replace my AirPods, and I honestly like these better. They connect very quickly, the battery life is great, and the overall functionality is excellent. They’re comfortable, sound great, and are priced well for what you get. Just a solid set of earbuds all around. I would definitely buy them again if needed.

Good sounding. Noise canceling is great for the price. Talk through/passive is very functional. Case and buds put through washer. Then dried at 120*F for 36 hours. No sign of life at all from anything. Plugged in case to charge and everything woke up and works fine now! My ear canals are very small and had to use aftermarket smaller tips but fit well now. If you have to use the small or extra small tips usually just order black so they match aftermarket color ones if you care. Only issue I have is you cant have all the ambient controls, media controls, and volume control its two of the three.

EDIT JANUARY 14, 2025: While these ear buds were the bees knees (and actually preferred over my more expensive Google Pixel Bud Pros), recently the right bud stopped working. I have cleaned them thoroughly, checked the charge, and deleted/repaired them to my phone. When taking the right one out of the case, the audible "connected" is so faint you can barely hear it. full volume does nothing to remedy. Not sure what's up, but these have been rendered pretty useless. Loved them while they lasted. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My main pair of buds is my Google Pixel Bud Pros, but I recently left them at the office. Not knowing when i would be back, i decided to look for a reasonably priced back up pair. These JBL Tune Buds were on a 50% off sale and had plenty of positive reviews. Opted for the blue and am glad i did....the color is nice! One negative that came up in reviews is the fit, which made me a little nervous, as sometimes i have a hard time keeping buds in. I rolled the dice and am glad i did! These arrived on time, and well packaged. They did not include a USB-C cable (unless i missed it), but thats fine because we have a ton of those kicking around. They came shipped with a 60% charge on the case, and 100% charge on the buds, so I was able to test right away. Downloading the app was simple and it installed quickly. The interface is nicely laid out, and is reminiscent of other audio apps for buds with controls for noise cancelation, equalizer, and touch features. Simple to navigate and customize. The buds connected right away, and are quick to connect every time i remove them from the case. The sound is quite good, and I have yet to experiment with the EQ. I do wish they would go a little louder, but i think thats more a phone thing than the buds (my pixel 7 pro could use more volume). Touch controls work well, but the one omission i notice is the slide to change volume. I have this feature on my pixel buds, and really like being able to adjust the volume without needing to handle my phone. For the price, this is not a deal breaker. Some comments say the noise cancelation isnt the best. While that may be the case, it's still effective and i find it sufficient for my needs. Calls are clear for both myself and the other party. Voice come through clearly and is a nice call experience. Voice to text dictation works flawlessly. The buds charge quickly, as does the case, and I seem to get multiple charges to the buds (more than i get with my pixel buds) with one case charge. Overall, these were a great purchase and can easily see myself using these as my main buds if my pixel buds are ever lost or stop functioning.

I have tried and reviewed multiple products. I have to echo many of the reviews here that suggest fit is likely to be a problem. I do not get a level of comfort that these are going to stay in - you certainly couldn't sleep with them. I would suggest to JBL to add "enhancers" that they include with other products to improve the fit/security of the earbuds. Having said that, I can probably live with it. The audio quality, bass clarity, and "live" sound are excellent - as you'd expect from JBL! The noise cancelling, however, is not as good as competitors - possibly because of the difficulty fitting / securing the earbuds, but I don't think that accounts for all of it. Noise cancelling is barely noticeable beyond the physical sound damping of the earbuds themselves. I find Ambient Aware is not bad and certainly want to highlight the TalkThru feature, which lowers the media volume and allows a conversation. While Ambient Aware is acceptable, it would be better if I could adjust the ambient volume and/or EQ - neither of which is currently possible according to JBL support. There is a VoiceAware adjustment that allows adjustment of your own voice volume in call/chat mode - but that is unrelated to Ambient Aware, which was not clear in the product description. In summary, a great sounding product, with adequate Ambient Aware mode. If you're looking for good noise cancelling, keep looking. If you have problems fitting earbuds to your ears, keep looking - this product does not have enough size options (only comes with S/M/L, and I am apparently somewhere in between). And it does not have enhancers available (to improve fit/security) that are offered with other JBL products. But because of the sound quality I have to give it 4 out of 5.

Generally pleased with the product. Volume could be a little louder but everything else functions well. Decent noise cancelling too.

These earbuds deliver good sound quality but they don’t fit me really well and tend to fall out.

Si son muy buenos, para contestar llamadas se escuche muy bien y si vale la pena comprarlos pero si se caen se salen volando los audífonos y está como que muy resbaladizo el estuche así que es mejor comprar también su protector 😫

The sound clarify is excellent. Bass is Bass. The issue is the fit of the ear buds. You really have to mess with them to ensure a good and proper fit. Once you get the buds set properly for your ears the quality of the sound is amazing. An absolute steal at the the price point.

Me encantaron, incluye gamitas de diferentes tamaños para ajustar al oído. Se escuchan super bien, no he tenido problemas con el sonido o para conectarlos al celular.
