My husband loves this sauce. A pilot friend gave him a bottle that he got in Indonesia and my husband was afraid he never be able to get it again. He puts it on potatoes, eggs pulled pork. It is spicier the more you use.

It's a perfect ketchup/hot sauce fusion. I mix it with curry powder for an amazing dip for fries and tots! The ABC sweet Soy is a regular in our house as well.

Great seasoning for Malaysian cuisine!

This product does NOT arrive in a bottle. It comes in a pouch that leaks into the bag. A waste of money with no possibility for a refund. Avoid!!

When I first poured some of this sauce out my immediate thought was that it looked like ketchup. Upon tasting it, I detected what I thought was a tomato-y flavor… which is odd because I didn’t think tomatoes were an ingredient. Sure enough, I look at the ingredient list and no tomatoes, so perhaps mentally I was thinking about that because it looked like ketchup! From a flavor standpoint, it is very good - not quite the same depth of flavor as my normal sriracha sauce (slightly less garlicky), but still good. The more I consumed it though, the better the flavor seemed to me and I realized that this sauce is different than any others I have had. It is sort of a combo of ketchup (although no tomatoes - weird!), sriracha, chili sauce and a chili-flavored BBQ sauce. It would make an excellent cocktail sauce with shrimp. The heat is on the milder side (though not necessarily mild) and is the kind of heat that lingers on your tongue for a while. In summary, while my initial reaction was a little tepid, the more I consumed it the more I liked it… to the point that I now *really* like it!
