Love the shape
This fits well for neck and sinus pain. We have a lot of neck/shoulder issues in the house, and this heating pad fits to all the right spots. It also works for the sinus sacs at the base of the skull when pressure gets bad. It is easy to clean, durable and keeps heat well. Gently gets rid of pain and provides comfort to various parts of the body.

Instant pain relief
I love this product and I use it on a daily basis. Just heat it up for 1 minute in the microwave and it instantly warms my neck and alleviates my arthritic neck pain.

Lavender smell isn't present, but that's ok...it's not for smelling, immediately helped my sore neck and shoulder area, light weight, so soft and comforting, delivers a moist heat, iam a small lady, liked the fit, it fits perfectly,really liked the weight, so glad it's not too bulky n heavy,worth every penny, might order another,thanks to vendor n manufacturer

Comfort and heat
I love the shape as I hits a part of my neck that is hard to target comfortably. I gave 4 stars as it does not hot for very long. But having said that. I am purchasing another one to have when I travel to my families place and I plan to leave there!

Very nice- I got the purple for my mom and she loves it! It holds its shape and has a nice weight to it. I am going to use it every time I visit her- about every other week. Soft and durable. Would order again!

Nice moist long lasting heat
This is heaven on a sore neck /shoulders . Smells so good and is a moist relaxing heat that lasts about 30mins !!! I love mine and my son loved it so much I also bought him one !

Pretty, but not the most effective.
It is pretty, and I like the high neck. It works well for neck pain, and upper shoulders. That said, I do not have a wide frame, and I'm not sure how well it would work for a larger person. I am disappointed in the amount of fill: the part in front has almost none. As to the lavender scent, it's nearly undetectable.
