Never buy this called wireless things
I have purchased last year i.e june24, Now it's stops working and I try to call them it's on hold, and one thing you should know before purchase this thing is that user manual/guide/ video is available on YouTube, they claim dat the sensor battery will last 3 yrs after dat the replacement of battery is just simple but it's not true, in my case I have opened the battery compartment for replacement as it's says in video but it's very complicated its not possible without solding machine (even u have the solding machine u cannot sold the wire with battery)and masking tape rolled on battery... It's just an useless product for huge amount.

This is a very nice product for the water level checking with out climbing the tank
It is a nice product. It is easy to install and economical as it uses sync mechanism to transmit the level of water from the transmitter to the receiver. The installation was simple, and i was able to install it myself without any hassles. I tested the functionality in a bucket of water. The Customer care executives of swarnjal are very helpful as they helped me with the installation process. The best thing is that it uses AA batteries and no A/C electricity, so there is no risk of shocks.

Not durable product and not reliable company
Very bad item... Transmitter unit is not water proof as claimed by the company.. Stopped working after six months. On opening the transmitter unit for battery replacement inside it was soked with water and it was shorted out... No response from the company after contacting through watsapp for warranty. Please never buy. Will be updating with photos

Support issue
The product worked well for the first 5–6 months, but after that it completely stopped working. There are no clear instructions on how to replace the transponder battery, and the manufacturer’s customer support is practically non-existent. While the product may be good initially, the after-sales service is extremely poor and disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this product due to its lack of reliability and pathetic customer support.

Awesome product
This product is correct as it's been shown in description. Go for buying it. This is wireless. Hence extremely convenient to install and use. The only thing is that it's transmitter (installed on water tank) requires 2 clock cell after 3 years ( as mentioned in product description). However this product will fulfill the alarm needs- water tank full or empty.

Poor product, just after 6 month of use it became non-functional. Westage of money.

Don't buy headache.....
Please don't waste your hard earn money,it's totally scrap,will only work for 1-2 months then it will stop working,you try to contact customer care they will further waste your time with out giving any solution........in nutshell you will be paying to buy pain. Since last 6 months it's blinking like this only with not customer service Please don't buy
