Is easy to set up and then you beat your head on the wall....
Every direction online and they send you is how to plug a cable in and turn it on very easy.Don't need directions for that. You will never figure out how to program it or use it zero directions anywhere..

Nice service
Service customer is really responsive and guide me patiently. I had trouble displaying at first and they guide me steps by steps like making the picture URL start with http, delete the “s” and publish again, then it works. Also they upgrade the app version for me for free. All works fine now, good product and excellent team, highly recommend it.

Default 4K screen setting may cause great pain on the way to changing it
If your 4K screen is mostly blank but flashes and image occasionally then it is because your monitor does not like to 60p frame rate. It took me incredible patience to navigate the settings to where I could change to 30p and now it works great. It is a mistake by the manufacturer to have 4K 60p as the default because not all montiors support it.

Not at all easy to work with, instructions not clear. Will continue to try the rest of the day, if no success... its going back.

On time delivery item as same as desired and love to buy it again
All demo videos in the CMS link “help page”, it’s helpful to guide me step by step, better than user manual. CMS link shows on the back of the box, I also save it on the PC, so I won’t forget. Most important, CMS is for free, I like it! Wonderful product, will buy more!

Awful product - no instructions DONT BUY
you cannot make the thing work - it adds a blank image to every image you download so the video plays one image then a blank one over and over -nightmare product
