I have to be honest: I was never a Casio fan before. I didn't think they were bad watches, but their designs just never clicked with me or caught my attention. All of that completely changed when I saw this model. The color combination and overall layout are perfect. It looks clean and simple—not too aggressive like some tactical watches, but it also doesn't look like a toy or an overly sporty piece. It strikes the perfect balance. The backlight system is phenomenal; it illuminates the entire screen perfectly, making it incredibly clear and easy to read in the dark. It is also super simple to configure. The DST function is a massive help if you live in or deal with regions that require daylight saving time adjustments. Plus, it comes packed with all the classic, reliable features you would always expect from a traditional Casio. The watch feels sturdy, robust, and ready to last for many years to come. For the $20 price tag I managed to get it for, buying it was a complete no-brainer. This is now my second watch; my first one was a Timex Expedition, and the next one in my sights is definitely an Orient Bambino. I feel like my collection is on the right track. Highly, highly recommended!

Pretty nice. Decent size not too large/bulky. The time display is very nice and the “glass” looks pretty good I can’t lie. Water resistance seems to be truthful as it held up to swimming and boating stuff. The backlight is decently bright and the modes are challenging to navigate but once you learn it from some YouTube videos it’s easy to use.

It think this is my sixth Casio I've purchased over the past couple of years. Over this period, I've had zero issues with any of these watches. I decided to buy this particular model up on a whim, whilst browsing Amazon. I saw some online reviews about particular model, and everyone said the same thing - the WS1600H-1AV is a very good watch. Anyway, there really isn't too much to say. You're not going to beat Casio for its price and this new model is a take on the cult classic 'Casio Royale'. This has two countdown timers - one for every second and the second for every 10 second period. Once the 10 second timer hits six bars (sixty seconds), it resets back to zero. It's a neat, different twist. As with the 'Casio Royale', it has the usual features such as world times with cities, timers, alarms and background light. All work well and are set easily. If you want a solid, durable digital watch that will not break the bank, then it's going to hard to beat this Casio.

I saw a review on YouTube where they were selling these stainless steel case/bracelet kits for this watch for like $100. I just bought a Casio AE1200WH and a $9 watch repair tool kit and swapped out the …action? The… timepiece? Whatever it’s called. THE GUTS. Totally interchangeable! Anyway, it’s now officially super duper. CHRONOGRAPH - is weird… it’s a stop-watch that doesn’t really stop, lol. A non-stop watch. The chronograph has a “target” setting, so you get a series of beeps when you get to that minute marker, I guess to notify you of your upcoming goal. I love it. Totally weird. TIMERS - Very quirky functionality, but very cool, if you want/need up to 9 interval timers. When one of the preset timers hit 00:00 it starts counting forward to tell you how far past the mark you ended up. Delightful! INTERVAL TIMERS - I use this to wake up and get in the shower (01:00) then I give myself 03:00 to take a shower, 03:00 to get dressed, and 03:00 to get downstairs, with coffee brewed and sitting at my desk. Bam, best ten minutes of my day! Then I do 20:00 Pomodoro sets of reading/journaling. Super handy for studying, task management, working out, etc. Nerd out and get this one if you are likewise inclined!

I bought the Casio WS-1600H Series from Amazon US for $28.92, but after adding around 40% import duty + extra taxes, the final cost became quite high for me. The main problem is the same as my earlier imported Casio watches — great watch, poor value after import 😓. This model is also not officially available in India, so importing is the only option. Coming to the watch itself — this is pure Casio DNA 💪⌚. The square sporty design looks rugged and functional, inspired by classic Casio tool watches. The digital display is large and very readable, and the LED Illuminator with afterglow 💡 works well even in complete darkness. The countdown timer, stopwatch, world time 🌍, and daily alarm ⏰ make it a perfect daily sports and utility watch. The 100M water resistance 💦 means you can easily use it for swimming and rough daily use. And the 10-year battery 🔋 is a big plus — true set-and-forget watch. However, once import costs are added, the watch loses its unbeatable value factor. Best dumb watch so far. I like the auto-DST for the auto adjust, no need to figure out the exact time. The glow is decent but not entirely a fan, not a negative since it just works.

Simple and durable, I just needed something basic to keep track of time, don't really use any other feature that is offered, I changed out the band for a nylon style band but even the rubber on that came with the watch was extremely comfortable. The light is perfect, not too bright but enough to see the time in dark environments, for price I think this is a great bargain, was easy to set up as well.

Excelente, muy buena legibilidad todavía mejor que el Casio AE1200 apodado Casio Royale, para los que tienen vista cansada, el extensible es dentado, por lo cual, no resbala. tiene muy buena apariencia y sobre todo su funcionalidad. Muy bonito diseño retrofuturista.

Un bonito reloj, muy completo y muy económico. Me ha gustado mucho, su diseño, sus funciones, lo ligero que es. Lo recomiendo y espero más adelante comprar otro Casio de diferente modelo, tal vez el que trae calculadora, un clásico de la marca. Gracias Amazon por el buen precio y llevarlo hasta la puerta de la casa.
