The night vision on this camera is of higher quality than others I have used. However, when zoomed in it does become very pixelated, making it hard to see. It was very easy to set up ; simply plug it in and connect. The ability to move the camera is very handy. My previous one did not have this feature, and it was a pain when putting the baby to sleep. I would leave the room only to realise on the monitor that the camera was not oriented correctly. I then had to sneak back in like a ninja to fix it, all while praying the baby did not wake up! This camera is fantastic because you can move it via the monitor and it is completely silent. It also has no lights on the camera itself, so there are no worries about the "red eye monster", as my son called the previous camera. The battery life on the monitor is good, and the camera is mains powered. It feels very sturdy and of good quality. In short, I would recommend it, especially when on sale. Really impressed with both the product and the customer service from Fairy at Boifun. I initially had an issue with the parent unit not working, which was really stressful as I rely on this daily for my baby. However, the support team were very responsive and understanding. They quickly arranged to send me a full replacement (both the monitor and camera), which I really appreciated. The new unit works perfectly and the picture quality is clear, with good sound as well. It gives me peace of mind being able to monitor my baby easily. They also followed up to make sure everything was resolved and even offered to send a free camera holder, which is a lovely extra. Overall, great product and excellent customer service from Fairy at Boifun – I would definitely recommend.

I have used this baby monitor for almost two years and I love how I can access it from my phone as well as the physical video monitor. It was easy to set up on both my phone and my partners. I am alerted for any motion detection and if the baby is crying on my phone also. I reached out to boifun as unfortunately my video monitor had gotten damaged. Brecy assisted me in my query and he got a replacement sent out to me. He was quick and efficient and very friendly. He kept me updated on shipment and also offered to send instructions to help set up the new device if I needed it. Thank you Brecy for your help, it was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic camera, works well in day and night mode. It has a very sensitive camera mic and can even pick up crying from downstairs, which is great. It can be linked to your mobile phone and the alerts from the camera come to there as well as live video and a lot of customisation including danger zones for windows and doors/stairgates that you can set yourself. I did have an unfortunate situation where the camera developed a small fault but after very quick diagnosis it was swapped out immediately by an advisor called Brecy and had the replacement in a couple of days, the faulty one could still be used but just emitted a slight ticking that was temporary resolved by turning down the volume until the replacement arrived.

I had such a positive experience with Henry from the support team. My query was dealt with incredibly swiftly and the whole process felt completely seamless from start to finish. There was no trying to dodge around the issue I experienced (monitor would not work without being on charge) — Henry was understanding, efficient, and quickly arranged for a replacement monitor unit to be sent out to me, which I really appreciated. I already regularly recommend this monitor to friends who are having babies, but the customer service I received has made me even more confident in doing so. If anyone has concerns about choosing this product because it may not be as widely known as some other brands, honestly there’s no need. The quality of support has been excellent. The monitor itself has been brilliant for us since birth. I especially value having a trustworthy non-WiFi monitor, as security and privacy were important concerns for me as a new parent. This product has always felt safe and reliable, and it’s really reassuring to know I can continue to rely on the customer service team in the future too.

We love this monitor so much that we’ve since purchased a second one for our second child. It’s easy to set up and use, has great functions like dual screen if you have more than one monitor, and encrypted viewing via smartphone. We had an issue where our toddler broke the screen antenna, as the item was covered by a Waranty I contacted the company who responded immediately and once verifying our Waranty sent another monitor to us in the post and kept us updated throughout, they even checked in via email to ensure we received the item. 5/5 service, fully recommend!

Amazing customer service and a 2-year warranty! I ordered this back in January and recently my monitor stopped charging, even though the app was still working. I reached out to the company and they sent me a brand new monitor in under a week, completely free. Super impressed with how easy and fast they made the whole process! Also loving all the features and how clear the camera is! I can customize notifications so I get alerts if baby is moving, plus it sends a photo right to my phone. It has lights, white noise, and so many other features that make it so easy to use. Definitely one of my favourite baby purchases!

Within 5 months of using the monitor. It can't be turned on. When I tried to contact boifun they said that i need to tell amazon. And Amazon won't take responsibility they want me to contact boifun. This whole seesaw is a nightmare! And it's not even cheap...

Después de estar utilizando el producto un par de meses, va lo malo: -No pude activar la garantía de 3 años en México -Me dio miedo 2 días porque "detectaba movimiento" cuando no había nada moviéndose -Otras veces, no siempre detecta el movimiento de mi bebé la sensibilidad de los sensores se modifica si por alguna razón tienes que desconectar el dispositivo, es como si las funciones se reiniciaran y luego se me olvida reconfigurar -El sensor de llanto tampoco funciona siempre -La visión nocturna se activa y desactiva con poca luz y llega a ser un poco ruidoso cuando se está adaptando ya sea en el amanecer o atardecer. -La batería del monitor dura muy poco! Al día lo tengo que cargar 2 veces si lo he usado mucho -el modo de descanso a veces tarda en reaccionar con los sensores -Creo que por el precio, no esperaba tener tantos detalles. Lo bueno: -La calidad de la visión nocturna es bastante buena -La calidad del video en el monitor también es buenisima -Me encanta que la app y el monitor funcionan muy bien en conjunto y he resuelto muchos detalles desde la app -El diseño es lindo y si puede funcionar como lámpara de noche -No sé cómo pero aún sin señal de Wifi siguió funcionando (desconozco si sea una función) -El diseño es hermoso Para lo que lo necesitaba cumple, peeero por el precio, sí esperaba un poco de menos detalles con los sensores

When I was pregnant with my first baby I sort of went on a deep dive to find the perfect baby monitor that would do everything I wanted it to. The most important things to me was that I wanted a monitor that I could access from my phone that also had its own monitor. I did not want to have to leave my phone running all night to see the camera and I did not want to purchase an additional tablet etc. to avoid that. But I also wanted the option to be able to access the cameras when I was away. I ordered 2 options that claimed to do this, but neither of them would save recordings to access later. as a new Mom I had so many fears and concerns and I wanted to make sure I could always see and protect my baby. I returned the previous options and found this option and decided to give it a try. It has been perfect for everything that I was hoping for and I have not had a single issue with it. I can access the cameras easily and have the picture is so clear. The monitor has very useful settings and easy to navigate. It was very easy to set up. I did have 1 issue with the monitor not turning on and when I contacted customer service they were easy to get ahold of, quick to respond, and provided me with a replacement with no hassles and it came fast. I already ordered a second camera to connect to the monitor and use for my next baby as well and am so grateful to have found such a perfect product.
