When I first got this product it took more than 5 hours to fully charge. It took about 12. After I used it the suction was low. I was only able to use it about 5 minutes before the battery was drained. I charged it fully again and it seemed to work better as far as suction, but the battery life was still only about 5 minutes at most. I ended up just getting out the attachments for my Kirby and using that instead. Recently I recharged it and the battery only held a charge for 30 seconds. I checked and tried recharging it again, it showed it was fully charged but the only thing that works is the light. I get now power for suction at all. It is, however, very easy to clean. The problem is with no suction there is no need to clean it since it doesn't suck up anything! I would never get this again.

We bought this to replace another of the several big name brand hand vacs that failed. I was put off buying a no name hand vac but the price was good as were the ratings so I decided to give it a try. I have used it regularly for several years and it has held up very well. The amount of suction isn't overwhelming but for the hard-floor spot cleaning I do with it, it's perfect. It's not going to clean your floors like a full size vacuum but for spot cleaning it works quite well. Emptying and filter cleaning are a breeze. The vacuum will have pretty much full suction right to the point of full battery discharge ( I never recharge until the batteries have completely discharged, a tip I picked up from other rechargeable products that has been VERY helpful) and there are lights on top that alert you as to how much power you have left. This is one of the most surprising Amazon purchases I have made as far value and function are concerned, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought this cordless vacuum cleaner from Amazon on 7 May 2018. I bought it because I have a cat which sheds hair and tracks cat sand out of her litter box. Also I have an old computer paper shredder which causes a mess when I empty it . In the year and 4 months since I bought it, this vacuum cleaner has probably been used less than a couple of dozen times. It has had very poor suction and extremely short battery life. Today it ran for less than 1 minute when trying to vacuum up the sand from the cat's litter box. It's junk and I am throwing it away.

Thought I’d take a chance on buying an off brand based on the reviews and it was a mistake. This vacuum has anemic vacuuming power even at full charge. Additionally, plugging it in to recharge does nothing unless the battery is completely drained. If the meter shows any charge left in the unit, the charger won’t add more. For the price, I didn’t expect a Dyson but based on previous reviews I at least expected that of a Black & Decker.

The suction power is pretty weak. I am however going to be keeping it because it still works very well for cat hair in corners and such. But if youre looking for strong suction for a car or something, i wouldn't recommend this. Also the battery seems to drain even when not using. I charged it for hours and it showed max bars, and after like 10-15 minutes of using it it was already a bar down. Not sure if it is just a display error or not but i feel like it should be known. The vaccum is not too loud which i like, it is light, has a nice look, and has an interesting sound whenever you turn it on. Overall i love it but it has a weak suction power. Even weaker when you attach an extension... Hope this helped

This vac is great. Excellent suction power and lasts about 20 minutes run time. A to Z to dump and clean the sturdy steel filter. You do not have to buy any extra filters like some others. I have charged it about 4 times now but this last time the charging lights seem to be not working like they did before. I just left it plugged in for about 3 hours and everything seems to be fine except for that

The Welikera vacuum has perfectly fitting parts. There is a stainless steel washable filter basket that is easily removed from the front housing. Charging takes about four hours, and the vacuum runs in excess of 10 minutes on a full charge. The accessories included are adequate for all cleaning tasks. The crevice tool comes with a removable tip that has pliable rubber teeth, to allow scrubbing. My only complaint is that the switch for the light slides too easily. Being an LED light, its battery drain is small, but one must be aware that it is easily left on. I bought this in 2018 and it served us well for many months. But the battery died short of the warranty's expiration. The battery is not replaceable by the user. An email to the address provided with the vacuum brought responses which were succinct and very polite, although they seemed to be delayed by the Earth's rotation into sunlight. The unit was replaced free of charge in about ten days by Amazon.

Very disappointed. Bought this product before having my son to make sure we tried to eliminate pet hair fr our home as best we could. The suction power was never good and I had to vacuum over the same crumb three times before it even picked it up. But I kept it because despite going over the same crumb three times, it was a little better than lugging the vacuum around and pulling out all the attachments for a few crumbs. Then it just stopped working. I thought maybe it was the charging chord, but even after buying a new one, it still didn’t work. Garbage

I purchased this dustbuster after lengthy research, and am extremely happy with it. It’s miles ahead of all the models I’ve used in the past with respect to power storage, design and performance. No more trying to fit it into a clumsy frame to charge; just attach the charger and plug it into the socket. It stays charged for hours and days, even off the charger. No more environmentally unfriendly paper filters to replace; easy to clean. Light is handy, as are the different attachments. A real winner!
