Great replacement at a great price. Definitely need 2 people to get it installed so grab your bud. It's sturdy ladder and instructions are pretty straight forward. It's adjustable as far as height which requires cutting at the bottom, but not difficult. Definitely recommend.

Easy to install and works great. Much lighter than wooden stairs I have installed in the past.

Stairs themselves are ok - not exactly rock steady with a 210 lb man on them but they hold. I did not find the instructions great but figured it out.

Was exactly what I expected. The aluminum ladder is better than the similar wood ladder model. It is sturdy and stable and was simple to adjust the legs. Instructions were clear and understandable.
