Very good, couldn't tell the difference in using it for various recipes. Lucky to get celiac disease in 2026 for sure. It hasn't been too hard to cook and bake and everything tastes pretty darn good, some are definitely different but not in a bad way. The 1 to 1 flours are amazing.
