The MN78 Jeep Cherokee RC is a very good entry level RC Crawler. At a sub $100 price point, it is nearly scale perfect and pretty capable right out of the box. Like the MN82 series, the axles and suspension are standard fare, but work surprisingly well. With a more attractive wheel and tire package and some oil dampened shock, the looks and capabilities are improved tremendously. Excellent value for money spent and another very nice offering from MN Models. Highly recommended!

Money well spent for this Jeep rock crawler very detailed nice battery set up and drive train it climbs just about anything going to look for some mods for it. Highly recommend we give five stars.

Good starting point for a crawler build. Got it for a buddy to match his real cherokee.

Works great. Is pretty fast for a crawler. Can adjust the steering to give it a little better turning radius and I ordered some bigger tires and trimmed the fenders. Battery lasts longer than expected and have crashed it off the couch a few times and it still works great!

This little Jeep really surprised me. I knew it would be fun, but I have to say, it is alot more capable than I thought it would be. It's also packed with a ton of features. I installed some WPL wheels and soft tires (no foams) and it makes a huge difference. This truck is amazing. It has opening front doors, hood and trunk. A fully detailed interior. It has full functional lights. Headlights, taillights, brake lights, turn signals, roof lights and hazard lights. It has metal frame rails. It has two different throttle speeds. Slow speed enables a drag brake function that works great, however I wish the drag brake was optional in high speed. The truck lacks low end torque, so high speed setting is needed most times while doing more technical off-roading. Steering and throttle are nice and smooth. The included transmitter (remote) is a bit strange looking, but it works great and has a little thumb lever on the wheel making one-handed driving very easy. The battery life is fantastic and the batteries are easy to install under the hood. The hood clips closed by the way. Press down to lock and unlock the hood. I have taken this truck through mud, heavy rain, sand and puddles and it just works. However, if you go too deep in water, it will shut down on you until it dries out. As far as reliability, I've had no issues yet. The only future issue that I can see is the front hubs dont have bearings. This will lead to quick wearing of the hubs and cause terrible front wheel camber. Luckily, a whole new front axle is only about $15. Overall, this truck is absolutely amazing for the price. Huge value, tons of features and tons of fun. I run this thing more than my $600 trucks. It's that much fun. BUY IT!

Well was super excited to get this truck. It even came early. I put all the trim on grabbed a couple AA'S for transmitter, put the battery in the truck turned everything on and the brushed motor never made a sound. So beware not sure if they are testing components before shipping. Requested a replacement should be here today. If all is well I'll leave a better review ✌️

Good choice and great value for the money, hood and 3doors can be opened and extra light on the top. It needs a little bit upgrade on suspension and wheels
