Great taste

I find this is more potent than the Hydroxycut drink mix. These drink mixes do not work like appetite suppressant capsules. Do not expect that. Must drink on an empty stomach, to get you to the scheduled eating time, and of course, a diet indictive to weight loss. SlimQuick has more stimulants, caffeine in it than that other brand. Neither should be consumed no later than 8 hours before bedtime but also each person will be different. I use it about an hour and a half before my first of my two meals of the day, to get me to that meal without obsessing about food, food noise. On really bad days, days when my meal wasn't protein heavy enough, or hormones are fighting me, or whatever, I will drink it about 2 hours after eating my first meal. This, combined with a high protein, above ground, no starch veg, lower carb diet, and the supplement Hesperidin & Diosmin combo, finally helped me to lose weight.

Love this but suggest if you have health issues do not take. My daughter tried it and was a mess her heart was racing. It has a lot of caffeine! I only use one in the morning!

I split one packet into two water bottles (500 ml each). Otherwise, it is too sweet for my taste. It definitely "fills" me up. I drink the two bottles in the morning and two more at lunch. I am not hungry the entire day and keeps me hydrated. I'm currently in the Middle East and I don't have to drink 10-12 bottles of water daily while still dehydrated. Now, I drink half the amount of water without feeling so bloated. Again, one packet for one 500 ml bottle of water is way too sweet for me.

Cheaper here than at grocery store - taste great and help curb apps

These keep my full and I have to remind myself to eat. What works for me may not work for you. I just reordered the wildberry. This is my 5th time ordering these.

I love this flavor the best

These did not work for me. I did not like the taste and mixing it was difficult. I didn’t feel like it gave me the energy I needed to deal with small humans for my job! I didn’t use it long enough to see if it helped with my weight loss but I found something else to help!
