Exactly as the title says! I was honestly pretty worried this was going to sting, as I know this is a problem with many lash extension cleansers. I'm new to getting lashes, so I tried REAL HARD to find the perfect lash cleanser that wasn't ungodly amounts of money, and I think I actually managed to do that! Also, please note, I wear contact lenses and my eyes are pretty sensitive, there are some mascaras I cannot wear because it makes my eyes burn. This stuff did none of that, it's really gentle but still leaves you with that good 'clean' feeling you get after washing your face, eyes, etc. I love it so far! The brush it comes with is also in that goldie locks zone of 'not too soft, not too hard, definitely not scratchy feeling'. And of course, the spoolie works well too. So overall, I'm extremely happy and relieved! :)

took a chance on trying this… so happy that i did! after using multiple lash shampoos that have irritated + dried out my eye lids (to the point where i didn’t even want to wash my lashes).. i almost gave up. the first time i used this was an absolute game changer!! a little goes a long way and you definitely don’t need a full pump for both eyes so, i can see this lasting for awhile. washing my lashes feels great + now i actually look forward to doing it. the gentleness is refreshing. the labnbena shampoo comes with a brush + a spoolie. i love both but, especially love the brush. its thick and doesn’t take as long to clean each eye and the bristles are mega soft. i was using a brush that wasn’t as thick before and the thicker one is also a game changer. overall, i’m delighted with my purchase and recommend 100% for my queens + kings with sensitive or, dry skin.
