I buy a lot of vitamins and supplements, and can never tell if they are truly working. I can say hands down that Berberine works! I took it for a month and a half in hopes of losing some weight. I had heard about its cardiovascular and blood sugar effects, but I didn't expect much. I wasn't looking to check my HA1C or HS-CRP levels, but one of my doctors ordered it in additional to a comprehensive medical panel. You can imagine my surprise when I saw the numbers. My HA1C was at 7 (norm is 5.7 or lower). My new number was 5.6! I'm no longer pre-diabetic. My HS-CRP had been at 2.0 for years (1-3 is average cardiac risk). My number was 0.9 (<1.0 is low risk for a cardiac event). I only take 200mg at each meal (only eat twice a day). I can't wait to do my Cardio IQ panel next month. Will post the results afterwards. I highly recommend this particular formula. Many sites and articles recommend 1500-3000mg/day for blood sugar & cardiac, but I'm here to say, you do not need that much and it was effective within 5-6 weeks! Go for it!

Type 2 Diabetic using this to help regulate sugar levels. Currently using first thing in the morning and with meals. Has resulted in my sugar dropping as much as 70-100 points over a 3-hour period. Not sure if a higher mg formula would work quicker but given the decrease, I'm not sure I would want it to drop quicker.

I feel like is working but I only took them for 30 days so far, I have it as a complement for my fasting and to improve the insulin resistance a little bit and as an appetite suppressant most of the time. I will give it longer time using them to see more properties even though the brand is very good. No side effects so far.

Read where the Berberune was good for you, thought I might try. Better than I would ever imagined. My Gut is working again.

I use Berberine & was told to take the 200mg. This brand doesn't have fillers & is all natural. Healthier instead of a capsule that has fillers which you don't need.
