It's perfect for foaming. But you have to use warm water into the foam sprayer.

Fantastic, no notes. I use this foam sprayer for prewash as I am reliant on petrol station jet washes to clean my car. As you pay for water, it’s imperative to make sure you wash in the most efficient way possible. Being able to apply pre wash with the IK foam sprayer has been a revelation. The foam comes out with a thick and even consistency, meaning great coverage and accommodates just enough foam to cover an average hatchback. The quality of the sprayer is perceivably high. The fittings and pump handle are strong with minimal flex and IK supply a variety of nozzles and foam pads to get the perfect consistency for your use case. L I’m incredibly pleased with my purchase and I haven’t looked back
