Sticky and smells weird and leaves a tingling feeling on the face

I am loving applying it before my make-up. Is light on the skin thought doesn't do magic about pores

This is one of the only primers I use. I have very dry, very sensitive skin. I can use this in both summer and winter and it never disappoints. Leaves my skin feeling a little more hydrated and definitely floored glowy!
