Learning Resources Dive into Shapes! A 'Sea' and Build Geometry Set

I have bought a lot of LR brand maths toy and my daughter enjoyed all of them. This one helped her learn more shapes and she can build them as well. She also uses the items to build towels

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter who is in reception class, it really helped her to understand the 2d &3d dimensions and it was also very much fun. Recommend it.

This is a well-made product. It requires specific directions for children's use, as there is a 'right' way to position the beads for successful construction. There is, however, a limit on the number of 3-D objects which can be made, as the holes do not allow for pyramid structures. This might have been a preferable addition to the curved pieces which might, erroneously, give an impression of precise numbers of vertices on cylinders, circles, spheres, etc.

The connector bits broke after 5minutes of use by my 10 year old daughters! Thought it would last a bit longer. Seemed to be when they pulled them back out of balls, they got stuck in! Disappointed as thought these would be more robust.

Love this product, even as adult learnt a few shapes long forgotten! Brilliant educational tool

Great product for visual representation of 3D shapes.

I have made excellent experiences in the past with LEARNING RESOURCES products and I know them to be incredibly sturdy. This particular set however is so flimsy and the pieces break so rapidly, it is utterly useless. Neither my son (7 years) nor I manage to use the sticks without breaking them, very disappointing quality!

I've got this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She really enjoyed it but the plastic is very fragile. She got really upset when 5 of the sticks broke inside the holes from the first time playing so she didn't want to play with it anymore. The idea of this game is very good, the delivery was fast but the quality of the plastic is really poor. Sadly I will have to return it.

Little advanced for my 3 1/2 yr old but she is really getting the hang of it, building random shapes and then using them in her play activities
