Ashwagandha works wonders...
This Ashwagandha works so well on me that I may be able to cut back on my depression/anxiety meds. It really makes me feel balanced and calm. I've had to take it for a couple days when I ran out of meds while in Korea and I was fine 🙂

Good quality product
Good quality product at an equally good price. It seems to be stronger than the ashwaganda I have previously bought. Likely it's because this is an extract, and not just ashwaganda root powder. The dosage is higher than that of other brands. It has a relaxing effect, but not so much that it will make you sleepy.

I like to take natural supplements for anxiousness. The quality of this supplement is great.

No noticeable relaxation
Somebody recommended these to me. I tried them several different times on several different occasions. I did not notice anything except an upset stomach. I tried with food and without it had no calming effect on me whatsoever. I also tried it at random times of the day for instance I took it before bedtime and I also took it during the day. Still nothing.

Gave Me Headaches
This supplement gave me persistent migraine headaches. I started taking this for insomnia and college related stress but I started getting weird migraine headaches which is very unusual for me. The pain was so bad, I ended up in the ER twice in 1 week and had to drop my classes. I went to the doctor, tried different things, eliminated other things. Finally I eliminated this from my daily vitamins and my headaches are pretty much gone. I think it is taking a few days to get all the way out of my system but after 48 hours I saw a marked improvement in my pain. It did help with sleep and stress so I'm giving it 2 stars. If you take this, write down when you started it and be careful of side effects. I didn't start experiencing side effects right away which is why I didn't connect the headaches to this supplement but once I had been taking it for a little while and had built up a blood level I got the migraines. Unfortunately I can't return the last bottle I bought which is annoying but at least I finally figured out what was causing the headaches.
