If you need any mosquito zapper rackets, these are the way to go! They work amazing they are rechargeable, let out a satisfying zap when you hit a mosquito, and not to mention the auto zapping setting that works wonders! Set up that bad boy up on the master bathroom sink counter and went to bed (might I mention we were being overtaken my mosquitos that year- seriously you'd swear we had a mosquito farm going on at our place and they were finding ways to get in the house!). You could see a little of the glowing light and hear zaps off and on throughout the night. In the morning there were over 13 mosquitos that were dead on the counter next to it! The only thing I would recommend when using this feature is to keep it plugged in on this setting so it won't go dead at night. These have definitely helped me from becoming a walking mosquito bite and not to mention are so much fun to run around zapping them with! (The first day I got them I'm pretty sure the neighbors thought I was a lunatic 😅😅😅 I was running around the backyard zapping as many skeeters as I could and whenever it would make the loud ZAP when I made contact with them I would start giggling from the satisfaction of not only the noise but finally to start gaining the upper hand on the skeeter war of 2023 which might I report with these weapons on hand I was able to turn into quite the Rambo and succeed in triump over the giant Alaskan Skeeters!) 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone!

Good buy but they don't stay charged long enough but they do really get the job done.

These are my 8th and 9th rechargeable swatters and possibly the best I've bought. Been using them for about 10 years and started with aa battery types, but those don't spark Near as well as lithium rechargeables and the connectors wear out faster than these batteries that None has started declining in about 4 years. Yes, the is no way to know they are fully charged without a power meter, but a few hours is all it took from fully depleted. Yes, it only lasts one hour on battery with lights on, but that's normal and only using them by pushing the button for a few second at a time means they will last me weeks of often usage of seconds at a time. And they are a little smaller than many, but the best quality is the mesh is protected by a honeycomb skeleton that appears to prevent them from bending out of shape which All of the others are Very susceptible to if they get Any kind of pressure on the grid. The other factor I like is that the lights only come on in the full switch position, so you can swat in stealth and only see the spark. I know the light is supposed to attract the bugs, but I don't like lighting everything up for missed attempts. I just purchased a second pair to keep everywhere and haven't bought 4 of any others like these. They are as good as any for a nice loud spark and they have qualities rarely found in others. 4 stars just because I haven't tested them for too long and the charge indicator makes knowing when they are full impossible without a meter or waiting for hours, but still worth it for me to buy 4

Stopped working after 1 week

They work..killing bugs, they do not hold a charge, which defeats the purpose of having a rechargeable battery. DO NOT BUY

Okay-it's fine enough and does what it says it will. Using it is more like a sport than a function. Maybe that's why it looks like a tennis rachet! I find it difficult to actually catch a fly with this. When one is caught, they burn up for an extended period of time and is really gross as the little puff of smoke rises up from the dead fly. The charge does not last long and you cannot leave it on while it is charging. I don't recommend this one-unless you like fly tennis.

Gnat season did not miss our home this summer. Out of nowhere were gnats swarming over the kitchen sink mainly, but other areas downstairs. We didn't know what was going on because after so many years in this home, this was a first. We are a 'light above the stove and sink' family. For the first time, we cut off all lights after buying this zapper. I never heard so many snaps or zaps in my life. The gnats/bugs were drawn to the only light in the home - the blue light from the zapper. We knew things were improving because as the days went by, we heard fewer and fewer zaps. I used this device and also bought the 'bug tape' that caught a lot of gnats too. I still have the zapper plugged in now although there isn't much zapping going on. So the work of the zapper is done!
